Terms and Conditions

General

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “we” refers to ScotVision Ltd trading as The Magic of Scotland.

Subscription fees are neither refundable nor transferable, but can be cancelled at any time without penalty.

The remainder of this guarantee applies to our online store.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the goods ordered.  We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you and we will not be liable for any costs incurred by you as a result.

Delivery

We will normally dispatch goods to you within 7 days of our acceptance of your order.  We will inform you immediately of any delays. Please note that if you reside outside the European Union you will be responsible for any taxes payable in that country.

All dimensions specified are approximate only.  As no two monitors are exactly alike, some colours may also vary slightly from the way they appear on your screen

Your Right to Cancel

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch by emailing cancel@themagicofscotland.com.  If the goods have already been dispatched, the returns procedure below will apply.

You have the right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, to cancel the goods purchased by emailing returns@themagicofscotland.com within 7 days of receipt.  We will issue you with a returns number which must be secured to the returned package.  Under no circumstances will we accept the return of goods without this number.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and you will be refunded upon receipt.  We will have no further liability.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our main priority.  All our goods are comprehensively inspected before dispatch.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund after emailing returns@themagicofscotland.com, stating the reason for your dissatisfaction, within 14 days of receipt.  We will issue you with a returns number which must be secured to the returned package.  Under no circumstances will we accept the return of goods without this number.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and you will be refunded upon receipt.  Should the goods be found to be in perfect condition, a 25% re-stocking charge will be applied.  We will have no further liability.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Scots law and any disputes will be settled in the Scottish courts.
